Meet Our Founder

Founder of
Dragon Hearts Foundation
Amy Wang
Founded in 2024 by Amy Wang and Eric Young, the Dragon Hearts Foundation was inspired by Amy's journey growing up as one of the few Asian Americans in her community and her 25-year career navigating underrepresented spaces in technology, real estate, and entrepreneurship.
Along the way, she witnessed how access to education, mentorship, and visible role models could transform lives. Through embracing both her Asian and American identities—and later serving as Mrs. Asia USA International 2025—Amy realized that celebrating culture and representation could become a powerful platform for creating connection and opening doors for future generations.
This vision became a cornerstone of the Dragon Hearts Foundation, which empowers the next generation through education while elevating AAPI voices, heritage, culture, and leadership.

With Gratitude to Our Partners
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the valued partners whose generosity and commitment make this evening possible.
Their support strengthens our mission to create meaningful opportunities for the next generation and helps transform our shared vision into lasting impact.
We are honored to recognize the organizations standing alongside
Dragon Hearts Foundation.
